Hello world.... If you value quality and customer service stay far away from this place. I actually worked there and saw exactly what went on there. Rod and Diane are the owners there, and after a little over 2 years working for them i quit because of there endless comlaints I had to work out with customers for them. They steal your money and then ttell you to take a hike. I have witness personally, Rod take a damaged True Fridge with a 3'' hole punctured in the back of it and put silver sealant to fill the whole, and told me to deliver it to a Church none the less in Simi Valley. He had told me to try hiding it and to make sure to put it in place without the customer noticing it. THIS IS HOW HE BUILT HIS BUSINESS UP TO WHAT IT IS TODAY, BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF...

INCLUDING ONE WHERE THE MAN ACTUALLY TOOK THE BROKEN UNIT BACK, AND ALMOST WAS GOING TO KNOCK ROD (OWNER) HEAD CLEAR OFF, DUE TO HIS ABSOLUTE DISHONEST AND CROOKED BUSINESS OF SELLING BROKEN UNITS TO PEOPLE THEN TELLING THEM ITS A "WARRENTY ISSUE" WHEN HE KNOWS BEFORE HAND THE PIECE OF CRAP HE IS SELLING YOU.
