Stevie Flot who's company name is Stevie Paint introduced himself to me as a General Contractor (bonded and insured). On June 30th, 2013 followed by our second meeting regarding the remodeling of my house he asked that I give him a check in the amount of $3000.00 to get the project started. After I shared my concern we agreed on a partial payment of $1500.00 which was to cover the cost of the architect and engineer creating the design/plan.
To this day the architect and the engineer never saw a dime and Stevie Flot is nowhere to be found. Furthermore, the Contractors State License Board confirmed that Stevie Flot is not a Contractor and never was, he had a C33 License (#819089) for painting and decorating only which expired in 2009.

Be aware Stevie Flot who's company name is Stevie Paints is NOT a Licensed General Contractor and NEVER was. He holds a C33 license which is for painting and decorating ONLY, and expired in 2009.
Complaints of his unscrupulous activities were reported to the Contractors State License Board: http://www.cslb.ca.gov.
He stole a $1500.00 check that was meant for the architect and cashed it for his own personal use then simply vanished. He was taking to the Inglewood Courthouse and was found guilty.
