I got a call from Kevin Burke saying on December 16,2009 saying that I was approved for a loan that I applied for. I was so happy that I finally got approved for a loan on my own. He then proceeded to tell me because of insurance purposes and because of my credit I needed to send some collateral and that would be 6 months of payment in advanced. So I did when he gave me the address in all. He said that I would have the money by 5:00 the next day. Well the next day came and went and then my phone rang again and now it was a David Ward who said my file got handed down to him and the Kevin Burke was not in charge of my file anymore. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay another 6 months in advanced. I said what the hell is going on here I was already told by Kevin Burke that I was ready to go and would have the money by now. David ward tells me that because of insurance reasons I really needed to pay that second amount of $759.20 and that the money would definitely be in my account the next day. I had to borrow the second amount from a co-worker. So again I went and sent the money believing both Kevin Burke and David Ward that I was really approved for this loan. The next day David ward calls me ad tells me that he is sorry but the other company breached the contract of the loan and that he and a friend who is a private investigator had filed a law suite against this company for breaching the law suite. I asked him is he if I was rally going to get my money back. He said that there was a Robert Rogers who is the president CEO of the company had talked to someone else from another company. They were willing to honor the loan agreement but I had to pay for another year in advance and I said no way I want my money back. David Ward told me because of the bank and paper work I wouldn't be able to get my money back to January 5, 2010. I said no way I want it back asap. He said int said in the papers that I signed that I would have to wait a certain time frame before I could get my refund. I checked my account for the full amount of $1518.40. Nothing was in there. I tried calling them on December 30,2009 and the phone never rang it just said thank you, goodbye. I tried again from 1/1/2010 up to 1/6/2010 and the number is now disconnected. what a plan they had. I believed in them that goes to show we can't trust anybody. I've lost sleep over this I sent my rent and truck payment to these scum of the earth because I actually believed that the money was going into my account. I surely hope these two get busted.
