Stipe Erceg is the owner of the Lucullus restaurant in Hvar.
We ate there a few weeks ago, and upon complaining about our food being over-salted, the owner Stipe came over and said that if we did like it, we should get the **** away from his restaurant. When we stated that we found this rather rude, he spat in our faces and told us that maybe we dont deserve to eat in a restaurant as amazing as his. We got up to leave, and then he had the cheek to tell us that we couldnt leave without paying - even he was the one who was chucking us out of his restaurant!
I said that if we were going to pay, we wanted to eat the food - he then punched me in the face, and physically dragged both me and my wife out of the restaurant.
Our vacation was ruined and my wife spent days in tears. This restaurant needs to be avoided!
