Stockers motorcycle Savage Sent the incorrect parts... Then made me pay for them Chula Vista California

I have no idea how he is still in business, totally rude, unprofessional and a cheat. I ordered a wheel from them for a 2005 Yamaha fjr1300. Paid $275 plus $25 shipping. 2 weeks later a part arrived... The wrong one. They sent a 19"wheel for a bike that takes a 17". When I contacted the company I was told by the owner he was on vacation and would deal with it a week later. When I asked if there was anyone else they could deal with the problems he responded back very rudely saying he would get to it when he got to it and if I wasn't happy oh well.

I then had to pay $15 to ship the wrong wheel back to them due to their mistake, and then when I finally got the refund 3 weeks later they only refunded the $275, not including the $25 shipping fee for when they sent me the wrong wheel. They made me pay for them to send the wrong wheel to me and then I had to pay again to send the wrong wheel back to them. This is completely unacceptable unprofessional and I'm planning on taking legal action because I'm pretty sure it's illegal to send someone the wrong part and then make them pay both the cost to send the wrong part to them and also to have to pay to send it back.

Basically they sent me the wrong part and then held all of my money Ransom so they could not only get their part back but still make money off of it. Even if not illegal it certainly is immoral. There are numerous stories online on Yelp and Google of him doing the exact same thing to numerous other people. I strongly suggest not doing business with this horrible person. I will definitely no longer be doing it and making sure that no one else Falls prey to the immoral tactics the way I have. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as looking into the cost of filing a small claims lawsuit to recover my money.
