Deadbeat alert-Stocker's Motorcycle
Don't do business with this guy. He(Steve) is hooked up with a third party on internet searches for motorcycle parts. If you search for a part on the internet, you will receive a email from him saying that he has the part, even if he doesn't. If you look up his name on Rippoff Report, there is many complaints. This is how his scam works. First he sends an email saying he has the part, however he doesn't have the part, but if you decide to take his word and buy it, he sends a part that is usually incorrect, defective, or damaged. Since he says on his receipt "no refunds, only exchange", he has you caught. He forces you to pay for the return shipping charges or no exchange, even if it's his fault. With my dealings with him, I called and Steve said he had the part in stock, 2 weeks later I finally get the part after two follow up calls. The part is wrong so I paid $30.00 to send it back, he gets the part back within a week from Mi. to Ca. He agreed to send the correct part the second time, 2 month later and many calls, I get the second incorrect part.
Now he wants me to pay another $30.00 for the return shipping charge on the second incorrect part and only then will he agree to send the correct part the third time. At this point, I started reading the reviews online and realized this guy is a scammer so I told him, "do not send another part and I want credit for the original part plus shipping and send me a return shipping label on the second incorrect part", however he refused to send me a return shipping label, So my only option was to dispute the charges on my credit card for the original incorrect part and give the credit card company the tracking number on the incorrect part that I sent back and hope for the best. I'm a honest guys, but he will not get the incorrect part back until I receive a return shipping label, I will not pay $90.00 in shipping charges for a $100.00 part($30.00 shipping charge for the original part, $30.00 for the return on the first incorrect part, and he wanted me to pay another $30.00 for the return shipping on the second incorrect part), not going to happen!! Don't do business with this guy!!!
