Stokes Honda Stokes Will Not Keep Their Word Internet

This company will not keep their promises to you.  I bought a used Chevy Avalanche and there were several problems with the vehicle.  I talked to the salesman about the problems and they agreed to fix them before I took possession of the vehicle.  When they dropped off the car, because they did not have the car ready when I drove over an hour to pick it up, it did not have any of the fixes made.  There was corrosion on the levers for the rear cover, there was a warning light saying that the tire pressure monitor was broken, the brakes were not very good, and they failed to deliver the remote entry devices that the website claimed would come with the vehicle.  I tried to contact the owner of the company as well as several of his underlings, but I have not received any responses saying that they will fix the problems.  Also, I was charged a monthly payment for the vehicle that I traded in!  They failed to send the payoff amount to my previous car's finance company in time and I was charged for an additional month.  This came at the worst possible time, Christmas!  This company is not worth dealing with and they will not honor any of their commitments.
