Stompeez Horrible Customer Service Pacoima, California

My son ordered these slippers for his niece and nephew for Christmas.  He lives in California but was having them shipped to me in Minnesota because the kids were going to be here for Christmas.  Needless to say they did not receive their Christmas presents.  My son was very disappointed that the kids think he did not send them anything.  He ordered  them on November 27, 2011.  As of today January 25, 2012 the slippers have still not arrived.  That is 2 months and still nothing on the website indicating they have been shipped.  I have sent several e-mails and I think when they get overwhelmed with so many complaints they shut their e-mail down.  I have only had 1 response and that was to tell me they were on backorder and they would be sent out by Christmas.....are you kidding me.  The company has been a total rip off.
