You know who i am and you know i'm real because i just got an email from you asking me to update this report to the point we are at right now.

Well, it's been 18 months since i first placed an order with StoneCasterStudio and up till now i still do not have my full order.

I have been shipped about 60% of my order but they were not as advertised.  I received a partially ugly batch of molds, that Shawn claims are still functional - Well, i paid for perfect molds not ones used for trial-runs.

Shawn has promised to let me keep the ugly molds received and REMAKE my entire molds at no cost to me aside from shipping.  I will believe it when i see it.  This promise was made on 5/31/2011 and today is 11/13/2011 and i have not seen my complete order.

It's all promises right now so i'm not holding my breath.  For example, i got an email on 5/31/2001 saying my order would go out that day - they never did.  I got another email on 6/6/2011 with a USPS tracking number that package was not delivered til 6/28/2011 and it was full of bad, ugly molds and even Shawn acknowledged that "a few bad batches of molds were sent out".

On 6/29/2011 Shawn sent an email promising to remake all my molds for free but i have not received anything since then.  Every few weeks i send out an email to Shawn for an update but its always the same story that my mold is being made at the new facility in Los Angeles and my mold is in the next batch.  I received responses to my emails on 7/14/2011, 8/23/2011, 10/7/2011 but not the actual molds.

I will be the first person to advocate for StoneCasterStudio when all my molds are made perfectly and delivered.  Until then, i'm not a happy camper.

If you are a real customer please contact us via our website.   Many people who have called us a scam, like yourself, have become our loyal repeat customers.  Sometimes companies go through hard times.  We tried our best to hold onto our company and not file bankruptcy on our back-orders, and fortunately we have pulled through and are able to stand by our commitments.  

Customers like yourself who spread negativity on the internet are not helping yourselves out.  The whole time this negativity was up here we had to battle just to get new customers.  The harder we have to battle to get new customers, the harder it was for us to get caught up on back orders. 

Use your head next time and make sure to follow our twitter and youtube updates.   Unless of course you are not a real customer.  If you are a real customer we will take care of you.  We stand by our commitments.

I totally agree with this report.  It is 100% accurate because I'm experiencing the same treatment only I never received any of my order.  They cashed my check then disappeared.  You can't reach them by phone or email.  I will write my own report also.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
