dave johnson dba stone creek development/century 21 realty has a partner named bob hix, aka robert hix aka robert a hix sold a home to me and my wife in feb.2003. due to poor work by the contractor and daves drunk cousin fred(hit the new house with a tractor)we have many problems with this house. estimate on repairs was about $13,000. went to small claims and were awarded max judgement of $5,000 but the cheep bastards lied to the judge and told him dave johnson no longer works for stone creek, so the judge orders bob hix and his aka s to pay or appeal decision.

we found out from county recorder dave johnson(last years head of tuolumne county board of realtors, now at century 21)IS STILL dba stone creek and has assets in his name so i cant atatch a lein on bob for payment. in short if you look for land or houses in ca., and these names are involved please RUN VERY FAST from these, liars, thiefs, cheats, drunks, and dishonest people.
