This company have the worse customer service department ever. Even the upper level service is incapable of getting the right information. You have customer service reps with attitudes, telling the consumers "you call to much" and finally giving them incorrect information. My next letter will be sen to the corporate office to issue a complaint. Please "beware" I dont want another customer to have to deal with the inadequate level of service.
