If you are considering buying a new vehicle or used vehicle for Stonebriar Chevrolet you may want to reconsider that. Let's just say that working with this company is one of the worst experiences I have had as a vehicle owner.  The sale people do a good job at selling you what you want.  The finance crew loves to upsale. You are convinced to take the extras or for some mysterious reason you can't get the best deal or lower interest rate.  So you have to get the gap insurance, the stupid air caps that are a joke and anything else they can nickle and dime you on to get that lower interest.

Now lets talk about service.  I want to laugh at how crazy this company is at handling compliants.  It's as if everyone is on sedatives and they are all dumbed down.  They are about is alert as a dead cat. I took my vehicle in one time and told them about a leak and the service person told me that there is no guarantees that it wouldn't leak.  When I bought my vehicle the tint was scratch and the dash was scratched.  They said I pretty much bought it as is.  After spending not 20k or 30k or 40k but more than 50k for a vehicle you expect better service.

I was promised free oil changes and was able to get two.

I took the new vehicle in several times for the same thing and I was told it must be the way I am driving the vehicle.  Interesting since I usually buy two cars a year brand new and not one other vehicle had that problem.

I take the vehicle in for service one time and it come back dirtier than I gave it.

When I bought the car I was entitled to free loan cars while the vehicle was being worked on.  I came in so much for the same issues that were never fixed I was pretty much banned from getting loan cars and they made me pay for them.

I talked to several people and got the same run around.

The general manager's memory is about a week out.  So don't tell him anything and expect him to remember it or even you.  I met this guy in the hall way one morning and two hours later I see him again and he asked if he can help me.  I told him I just came out of your office two hours ago talking about my issues on my vehicle.  He forgot. He forgot he was not going to charge me and they tried to charge me.  Even warranty work these guys attempted to charge me versus use the warranty.

If you see this dealership just realized that you are not going to get good service.  I've seen other poeple disgusted as well.  Remember the two hour time I was there.  I was getting an oil change and it took two hours.  During that time I met people in the waiting room and they started talking about how long it takes them to do things.

I took my vehicle in for a detail clean because I needed it for an event.  The cost was around $125.  When I got the car I went to the general manager and said is this clean.  He agreed it was not and they redid the job.  The problem is I had to rent a car because my car was not ready because they had to redo it.  Oh, and I was still charged.

Let's try and predict what they will do now.  They will say they are sorry and if you call us we will take care of the problem.  I have been told that for longer than I care to deal with.  Nothing is fixed correctly and nothing is the same when you get the vehicle back.

About the best thing I can say about this company is their restrooms are fairly clean and you can watch TV when your car is being worked on.

Wow, the owner's really need to revamp who is running this place because it's a joke.
