I was first contacted by a telemarketer, and I dont know how they got my information. I was strung on for the last couple months, I was promised we qualified and they could help. I faxed them all our information before hand. Now I'm out an appraisal that cost me 450 they charged my credit card. After looking up my agents Bochy, and Luis who I could not understand neither were licensed to be providing me loan options and rates. My documents came under an entirely different name of which I've never spoke. This was a terrible experience never do business with this company.
