The "Superman" manager arrived from Florida in 2009 at the Stonecroft Trailer Park..Experienced running a 1000 unit trailer park, this 100 unit park should be a snap for a man of such abilities and experience to set onon an even keel.

Three years since his arrival, the once nice trailer park is one step above a complete ghetto. Overrun with non-English speaking foreign nationals, illegal businesses on every level, unlicensed vehicles and a multitude of other Codes violations.  I dared to complain.  So much for Free Speech.

My month to month tenancy was terminated in September without reason because Missouri is a no fault state when no lease is in place. I wasn't told WHY my lease was terminated but it stems from a false complaint from a neighbor that seems to have a false name or at least a name that can't be verified with tax rolls, telephone or Court Records; but she gets Medicaid.

She charges that I tried to run over her children with my car, that I was stalking her children and that I confronted her about her loud music.  She confronted me when I drove by-not the other way around.

What is the reason for these false charges?  I've heard that she was again evading the Social Services people, the DEA, and/or the police.  Once again, I've never been told the basis for her falsehoods--lies. But the manager believes her. He had me convicted before he ever asked me what happened. 

As a matter of fact,he never asked me my side until he came to my trailer around 8 PM smelling of alcohol.  He told me that I had better mind my "P's and Q's. That was June of this year and the beginning of the harassment I was to receive at the hands of Julie and the manager for months to come.

Neighbors told me that Julie started a Petition to evict me at the beginning of June.   I recall a day ( in early June) that I was driving home and I noticed her child on the right of my car in the street and she on my left on the other side of the street. She hollered at me " keep going" or something and I went home thinking nothing more than she has a loud smart mouth.

Following the early June episode,  this woman's lies have continued and have resulted in my eviction, despite the fact that I have done nothing.  The episode in June when she was chasing her boyfriend up the street with a butcher knife as he drove in reverse (in a pick up) through the neighborhood was a good example of her character; especially when she stopped yelling obscenities to once again holler" b*tch" etc. at me as I stood at my gate talking to my neighbor.  She did scream that her husband thought I was right and had sided with me. (At the time this made no sense to me, I just thought she was on drugs.)

I especially appreciate being called "an old hag" and "ignorant" by Julie when she  stopped in the street to harass me as I was in my yard talking to a couple of neighborhood boys.  I saw this woman pop her trunk lid at a neighbor's lot in the middle of the street and  then she cranked her stereo and slowly, very slowly drove by my lot.  She did a lot of drive bys when I was outside and inside.  I'm getting evicted and she isn't.  And yes, there are more documented episodes of how she has harassed, me aided by the manager.

Human Rights found that the manager was not behaving in a retaliatory manner resulting from my 2010 claim of Discrimination, but I am appealing the Decision, as the manager has never ceased his discrimination toward me and he has told some real whoppers about me and my neighbors.  I feel that I have proof of his deceptions, especially the recent ones.  My neighbors have been interrogated about what I say and they say they have been told not to talk to me.

My character has been slandered and my rights trampled because I replied to a loud mouth neighbor after listening to four hours of her loud rap for her three year old's birthday party  consisting of her, her friend and a little boy-some party! The manager, Darin, and his family are presently babysitting Julie's children.  I'm on Social Security and will be 66 in February.  I have no money and no place to go, but I have to move.  WHY is that?
