            First of all, I am not happy that I have to report this, however, I am sure they are many other customers that STONESCAPE has and they were ripped off with the type of service and warranty they are providing.

            Let me start with telling you that I did value this company a lot and in the last 5 years they were always first on my list. They quality of work was great until little over two years ago when I asked for them to add addition to my original patio and spot for the grill. The sales rep showed up several times because every time he submitted an estimate they will be something wrong or something was missing.

            After, we signed the contract and I paid half, they came one Saturday morning and they completed the work within few hours. The problem is that:

• The brick was wrong color
• The placed the wall on wrong location
• They placed the wall for the grill on top of the patio and now is sinking and
• They run out of brick for the grill so they left it like that. I was able to see the gas tank and look horrible. I was embarrassed of the work. STONESCAPE sales rep also tried telling me that if I need this wall to be completed I should go and purchase brick on my own and finish it. So I did… I was not able to look at it that at all…
• I called the rep several times and no returned calls. I called the main number and left massages the last two summers for the owner no phone call back. This year I called them again. The sales rep came again and ones again I received 4 different quotes… I complained again about the work that was done two years ago and asked to be fixed; no calls back. Two weeks ago STONESCAPE sent another new sales rep to my house to re-measure because the one they had was quoting jobs for less (I guess) and my quote was higher again… FIVE TIMES for a small work?? Are they really qualified?

            Makes me sick that the owner finally called me and tried blaming me that I did not called earlier and is my fault and now is out of warranty… I am a single parent and takes me very long time to save and get something done around the house. I am not sure how can the owner of STONESCAPE go to bed and sleep when he knows just because of his poor choice of employees many people struggle.. By the way.. The second rep agreed with everythign he saw at my home. Ones he left never heard again from him.

So I would please ask you to look somewhere else. STONESCAPE provides poor quality, poor service and warranty and most importantly THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
