The WORST apartment and management in the business and I have been an apartment manager for 9 years. They penny pinch every little thing. They take a months rent up front even when you start in the middle of the month, then you pay the prorated amount the following month which indicates that many people must leave shortly after moving in.  If you are late with rent they charge a 75 dollar late fee and make you pay a 100 additional eviction charge. They will not take a check, money order, credit card payment, or online payment after the 6th of the month even though you paid for your current month.  If you call the corporate office it's an answering service, they call you back in 24 hours. Then they wonder why they have a large turnover rate. BRUTALLY HORRIBLE PLACE, stay away!!!!!!
