called for a evaltion of fair debt collections act violations,spoke to a scott who claimed it was not a comsumer matter, yet i am being threated with collection when they refused to validate a debt. it's sad scott aCTED AS AN ATTORNEY AND I HAD TO EXPLAIN IT TO HIM LIKE I WAS EXPLAING TO A TWO YEAR OLD. IT WAS OBVIOUS he did not want to discuss or complete a free evaulation, said it was not a consumer matter, it is, so i am voing my opinion here on this public forum that i feel the company uses misdirection on web searchs to try to entice you in to a service, that is not correct. a simple bait and switch in my opinion. the web site states it is out of ma, but they give no further info, i had to do extra lookups in ordr to find anymore info about this scott, the bbb gives this info,
