At the first seminar I attended, I was very direct about asking questions regarding the fact that I was disabled and didn't own a computer. I was assured I could still start a business using the library computers or any computer I could find.
I asked about taking notes at the training seminar as it is very difficult to write. I was told it wouldn't be necessary as there would be hand-outs with everything I needed.
At the training nothing was handincapped accessible and when I asked for assistance with seating and getting water, I was told someone would help me. I had to ask for water more than twice.
People kept bumping into me where I was sitting because they wouldn't remove the chairs that were in the way.
They made promises that someone at the training would help me find a business to start before I left the training.

They stated the only costs would be those mentioned during the seminar.
Every time I asked who would speak with me about a business I was told someone by the name of Dwayne would help me. He kept avoiding me. Tooooo....busy to stop running past me!

I got home and opened my kit only to read about all the additional costs;
the coach who would assist me to get started, hmmm... there was no mention of an additional cost;
no mention of additinal charges to my visa without my knowing about it;

no mention that joint ventures required the cost of an attorney, not cheap!;
old copies of 1997 magazine and newspaper articles about e-commerce, what is this???

I explained that I am on a fixed income and to charge $3499.00 would be a hefty investment,but they assured me it was worthwhile.

I returned the kit with a letter to John Poelman requesting a credit. I sent it Fed Ex as I am not a business but a consumer and the aggreement I signed is for businesses to business.
They accepted my package, signed for it at 10:28am on 4/8/03. At 1640 or 4:30pm they called Fed Ex to come and get the package as they were refusing it. They have refused to credit my account.
Being disabled I have lots of time to make their lives a living hell.

I will write to and call anyone that will listen.
I have disputed this with my visa and I hope they will be crediting my account.

Even if I get my credit, I am not nearly finished with these people.
