Buyers beware. I regret not having done my research on this company before purchaisng their so called internet marketing kit. All the promises of success is just a bunch of crap I could easily get on the net for free. Service was poor, the templates for designing websites were inferiro to thsoe I could get for less than $15. I ended up shelling out $5,500 prcatically for nothing.

I tried to get my money back through the credit card company but they wouldn't allow it. I know that they are required by law to disclose their contract which they never did. Instead I was told I could not have my money back and aksed to pay more, around $4,500 more for tehir so called coaching. I have written to the state attorney general in California and Utah to take legal action against them.

Seeing that there are many people who are victims here of Imergent - storesonline - Galaxy mall - storesonline complaint, I would like to bring or join a class action against them. Is there anyone out there who wants to get their hard earned money back and does anyone have any info on where or how we can do it, please post your reply here.

I have been to their seminar and it is disgusting how they take advanatage of many who I notice to be low income people looking for a way and willing to try to work for it. Let us join together and bring this company down.

I called them again today specifially listing all the problems that I have. Spoke to this person who claimed to be Mr. Shane. He gave me just one word simple answer, NO. This infuriates me to no end as they did not even try to offer a solution to help solve this. I want you all who live in California join me in this fight. You have all worked hard for your money to be throwing it away in ashes.

I have done extensive search (figure 30 hours now in 7 days) on information about these guys. There is only a glitter small amount that did have their website up. Even then, they are worried that this company might go down with all the lawsuits against the parent company and also by Texas AG. Keep in mind that for those of you who have your website running that none of the programs are your own and that they have proprietary right over it. SO in case the company goes belly up, rest assured that your website business MIGHT end up in flames also.

The last I spoke to Mr. Steve Ramirez who is in charge of this investigation, he told me that the DA office is in the process of gathering informtaion. Nothing more will be disclosed but I do seriously believe that this will launch into full scale investigation.

I am not sure if I did give Mr. Ramirez's information. Here it goes:

Ventura DA investigation

I'm happy to hear that you were able to get an ear at the Ventura DA.

One of the things they should investigate is how Storesonline passes off Overture's Reverse Search Engine as it's own.

Overture's Reverse Search Engine is free, but Storesonline charges their customers to use it by simply linking to it in their demos.

If this isn't misleading, I don't know what is!

I have contacted Deputy District Assistant attorney office in Ventura. Their telephone number is 805 289 1985. Ask to speak to Mr. Mitchell Disney. Apparently they are launching a full on investigation on Storesonline. Ask to have you complaint filed with them. They should be able to help you get your refunds back.

We need to do this for the sake of those who have been victimised. Keep in mind that many of these people are honest hardworking people who just want to try out a new business venture and many of them have to resort to great lengths to even come up with the money to start this business. I found out in the internet that many of the services offered by Storesonline can be freely obtained in the internet, including web hosting, design templates, reverse keyword search etc. For payment processing, they are thousands of company offering at less than $100.00 for set up and use. In short there are many things that can be done, including promotion and marketing, purchasing inventories, and designing a good looking website with the money that people have coughed up for buying 6 storefronts at storesonline.

The company is going to come down soon with so many complaints and even allegations of fraud with its securities sale. People should move fast to get their refunds.
