storey wrecker service oklahoma culture at it usual worst tulsa, Oklahoma

early 20111 truck towed by storey wrecker. Totaled vehical. I was in the hospital for a week. When I got out I was told it was totaled. I told them sell I don't want it. They proceeded to charge me for 4 months of storage then sold it for 550. Oklahoma law requires them to notify the owner with in 30 days or discontinue ant further charges.The 550 they recieved more than paid for there 4 mile tow.
They have the nerve to send collection letters asking for almost 1300 under oklahoma law.They actually owe me money since it was sold for more than the billl should have been. The vehicl was register to the right address as well. 
im from the west coast most of my life and oklahoma 10 years. Oklahoma is the biggest bunch of cheat you out of your money losers on earth.
