I have examined your posted statements, and compared them with provable facts. This comparison shows without any doubt whatsoever that the following of your statements about Storm Damage Leads LLC are false:

(1)   You stated that “buy equipment” you were never asked to buy equipment.

Our AD stated: “Requirements: 2 leads minimum per day. Must be able to commit to 5 hours a day minimum, a, a High-Speed Internet Connection and a USB Headset!!

You Must have Skype Downloaded & installed and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.”
REBUTTAL: DOES NOT STATE ANYWHERE TO BUY EQUIPMENT. FALSE ACCUSATION

(2)    “had me submit my W9”
REBUTTAL: all independent contractors submit a W9

(3)   "then called and told me I could not work because I solicited their clients for real estate business. I had never had their clients contact information I had not finished my set up of the auto dialer or training. Instead of them explaining they may feel it would be a conflict of interest to hire me they accused me of stealing business from them which is a completly false accusation especially when I had not started contacting  clients since I did not have the auto dialer set up yet."

REBUTTAL: ONE OF OUR AGENTS CONTACTED ME AND ASKED WHO IS THIS PERSON THAT CONTACTED ME ON MY SKYPE, I SAID THAT IT IS A NEW AGENT THAT WAS HIRED, AND ASKED WHY IS SHE ON OUR AGENT’S SKYPE? AGENT DID NOT KNOW. THIS FACT IS THE TRUTH AND I WILL SUBMIT A DOCUMENT BY OUR AGENCY IF DEEMED NECESSAY.

THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CONFILICT OF INTEREST, WE HAVE AGENTS THAT ARE REALESTATE AGENTS CURRENTLY WORKING

WITH US AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.

(4)   “This company is completly unproffesional and I feel their business practices need to be investigated.”
