This company was hired by local buisness owners to Inspect,Monitor,and Certify there Storm Water Quality Structure as per the State and City of Houston Chapter 47 requirements.But what this company did was falsify Inspection documents to City and State and never renewed the permit Annually and Charging the buisness owners thousands of dollars, When he was Caught he just changed the name of the company doing buisness in multible names,After we spoke with the State Water Board and TCEQ,They advised us to make sure the company we do buisness with is registered with the state (corp,LLC,etc) and that that company has a Certified Erosion control Specialist these specialist are registered and must report to State and Federal. We Found 1 Company in Houston that had the creditials, they are located out of Pearland,TX Gulf Coast Environmental LLC
