We went and joined Stormy Point Village and the lies they told us were just amazing Stormy point Village is nothing more than a joke,the salespeople are mostly drug addicts and this place just makesme sick, we have been to a few other resorts but this Stormy point village is the same as Summerwinds and Festiva they chage there name because of there bad repution they told us we would recieve 250 per night rental if we wanted,,nothing but scammers. They are the subject of investigation by the Attorney General in Missouri

To Whom It May Concern:
Stormy Point Village has two different owners at the same resort. Festiva Resorts and Summewins Resorts.
Festiva has always been Festive and Summerwinds has always been Summerwinds.
Festiva Resorts has had problems with the AG in the past, but that matter was resolved a some time ago.
We have top of the line sales people that dont use drugs and that stand behind our program 100%.
If BIG BOY would like to give me a call, I would be more then happy to talk about this matter and see if it was Festive or Summerwinds that he is dealing with and see if I can help you out.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience at Stormy Point but to clarify, Summerwinds and Festiva are in no way the same company nor are they currently affiliated with one another. Festiva previously had an affiliation with Summerwinds that ended several years ago.
Festiva currently does not have a front-line sales presence at Stormy Point and does not sell weeks there. The only Festiva sales representatives at Stormy Point are there to offer Festiva Adventure Club upgrades for existing Stormy Point owners who previously purchased from Festiva several years ago.
If you have a specific complaint about Festiva, then you can contact us at comments[AT]festiva[DOT]travel, but if your interaction at Stormy Point was with Summerwinds, then you should contact them directly.
