The Private Investigator's License number posted on their website #A2200387 is
registered to another firm, KARTEN INVESTIGATIONS, (Alan Karten), in Miami not FT. Lauderdale and that firm had no working telephone, in March 2009. Confirmed through Florida State.

5.
They may be simply trying to get people to take their online course or they may be legitimate. You decide.

The recruiting is very intelligent, it includes a personality test,
clearance, etc. This is a very good way to get people to part
with their money and feel the better for doing it.

There are no current complaints against them with the AG in Florida,

The Florida Division of Law Enforcement in Ft. Lauderdale and Talahassee is aware of
them, but as no complaints have been lodged, in state, they can't
say anything. If any instate complaints are lodged they will act.

I was fortunate enough to find all this out before the process
continued. They will of course try to discredit this by saying they short circuited the hiring process, which they did, once I started asking questions.

Firstly it is always difficult to properly address or reply to a complaint from a namelessfacelessperson who has admitted they have never worked for or had any dealings with our company.

Oftentimes this type of sneak attack can be a competitor or some person with an agenda concealing their identity. As they stated

I have never worked for this company and cannot provide an absolute guarantee that this is not a legit organization, but..

I will gladly address each of the points made in order of their presentation

1) ANY COMPANY who has ANY complaint against them has a BBB file opened. As we have never had a single complaint, the BBB has never opened a file on our company. We have not elected to join the BBB which would also trigger the opening of a file but againNO COMPLAINTS = NO FILE.

2) The person making the complaint stated that they couldn't find documentation to support our client base. Naturally, that information is confidential and not a matter of public record. If you hired a PI firm to represent you in a private matter, would you want that information sent out in a press release?

3) The point was made that Executive Consultants retained by our company advance a $995.00 refundable training and expense deposit. That is a fact. The position is an independent contractor sales position that requires a investment in training. The EC receives a bonus to reimburse them for training once they procure a very modest amount of production. We simply want to insure that the applicant takes the position and their success as seriously as we do.

4) The company phone number is listed in a reverse look up as a cell phone. The nature of our business is 24 hour protection and investigation. During business hours that number is forwarded to a switch board954-980-8444 you are welcome to call and our friendly receptionist Rebecca will greet you. After hours the number is answered by an investigator ready to provide immediate assistance to anyone in need. Would you want to call your Protection Company and hearSORRY YOU HAVE REACHED US AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS PLEASE CALL US IN THE AM IF YOU ARE STILL ALIVE!

5) The one press release found by the complainant was that Stough International was involved in helping a client recover a stolen BMW. This case is factual and paints a very favorable picture of the company; however the press release was put out without our permission by a GPS tracking company touting the role their device played in assisting us in reclaiming our vehicle. The case is by no means one of the more interesting or impressive cases to illustrate our tactical capabilities.

6) Lastly the complainant from Wilson Il, characterizes our company as being from bumble f*$k FloridaWe love our community, it is often referred to as the Venice of North America, and millions of people save all year to vacation in a place we call home. Additionally. It is a top 15 metro area with excellent international connections that we frequently utilize when the demand arises.

7) We would happily have provided contact information on several sales and marketing professionals that have been through our training had this person made any attempt to speak with the company in advance before filing this complaint.
