So this Dentist office presents themselves as the best dentist office in West Michigan. I disagree. And I speak from exact experience having use their office in two occasions. The marketing materials very slick, and they have commercials that helps someone of the best dentists office that his either one awards or received it here reviews. What those important to get our review out there as I'm sure it's not unusual and this is probably business as usual for them.

My wife originally went into the office and met with one of the dentists who pushed her to have a tooth pulled instead of having it repaired. It's pretty clear which is more expensive, the service that was being pushed.

On the second visit we brought her two young children and they were extremely pushy about getting x-rays and fluoride treatment's and for young children we know that this is just simply not necessary. This is a routine check up and the people at the counter try to make me feel bad for not getting x-rays, as if I was committing some sort of child abuse. And flustered the lady so much that I stuck to my position that she ended up quoting me a price of the hundred $190 for both kids checkups without the x-rays. How are gets interesting is a build me $235.

I want exit interview the lady presented us with a paper label financial agreement. It Included estimated charges, Deductibles, paid today courtesy, and balance due Lines outlining a contract for future services. It even have a super long disclaimer saying that if you'll pay this bill will put it with the questioning seat. I declined to sign it and she said it's not contract, Just an estimate and by signing it you're letting us know that you received the estimate. That was simply not true and was 100% fraudulent representation of the facts.

I paid the credit card charge. And then I want letter and received another long letter back with all excuses. They refunded about $80 and in all fairness, our balances are evening. If you're looking for a dentist that will do checkups to children, Paying $190 dollars without x-rays is above ridiculous. If you look on line you can see that you can get a dental checkup for $30

. I cannot say that I could ever recommend this dentist office as it's driven by profits and clearly uses tactics to push people to sign paperwork that binds them to legal contracts for future dollars owed. And then they like to their face and say that it's only estimates when you clearly it's a legal financial agreement. The title is financial agreements.

There's slick marketing brochure House that they believe in integrity, quality, compassion, communication, family, fun, and faith. In my opinion they have made of mockery of all of them.
