STRAIGHT TALK CUT OFF SERVICES TWICE AFTER BEING PRE PAID BOTH TIMES.  Our credit card company said a refund is due us, but that is why we were cut off services the second time, because we disputed charges. Now they want to be paid a third time to restore services, being paid on a prepaid phone card.

April 2016 our credit card company called our home concerned to a potential risk to our account. They said they suspected a scam from the Philippines regarding someone who got a hold of our credit card number. They were saying they were MICROSOFT and trying to bill us. Our credit card suggested they change our credit card number immediately. We agreed.

The next day our Straight Talk phone was turned off. We did not have the new credit card or info, so we immediately put a payment on a second credit card - just to restore services.

I called our credit card company who agreed we paid twice for one phone/plan, and agreed we overpaid. So they put a dispute on our account in order to restore our money back to us. That next morning, Straight Talk shut off phone services for that phone again.

Now Straight Talk is telling us that in order to restore services I must remove the despute, which I agreed to. They said this would restore our phone services in 24-48 hours.  So I did that, although that meant I was ripped off from having not getting a refund of my overpayment. In order to get that money back, my credit card company said we would have to start a new dispute.  And now S.T. said it is not 24-48 hours, but 7-10 business days in order to get restored (which I already told my credit card company to cancel the dispute).  AND NOW STRAIGHT TALK SAID IN ORDER TO GET ANY SERVICE WE MUST BUY PRE-PAID PHONE CARDS IN ORDER TO CONTINUE SERVICE ((ALTHOUTH THEY HAVE BEEN PAID TWICE ALREADY)).

S.T. told my husband they don't renew services once a dispute and phone is turned off twice, although our credit card company agrees we have prepaid not once, BUT TWICE!!  Now S.T. demands we prepay a third time to restore services.

S.T. played games, I recorded the entire conversation where the "manager" was shouting at me, and put me on hold and refused to talk ever again - - indefinately leaving the phone on his end "on hold".  In fact, my call waiting beeped in twice, and the entire thing was recorded on video.
