Straight talk has good prices (not really any lower than Cricket, Metro PCS and many others) HOWEVER>..
You will pay the price when you try to call their AWFUL customer service! Most of the call centers they barely speak and dont understand English. I have just gone through a night mare, that their system had an error and canceled my "auto pay" the net result was I wasted Hours and hours trying to get it resolved. They are all sorry - or at least they claim they are... and this cost me a ton of time and aggravation to deal with these non English understanding and speaking people.

The signal at my home and on the highways is not very good either... All in all, there are a lot better alternatives with English speaking customer support that are in the same price range....

Walmart really messed up associating their name with Trac phone and their AWFUL customer "service"

You got lucky

You are lucky they canceled the auto refill by mistake BUT PLEASE keep an eye on your account as they now have your info to withdraw funds now when they want.  I had to cancel my debit card to get rid of auto refill as they don't have a cancellation option once you go that route.  Straight talk runs off Verizon towers for the most part, but Verizon does not own or partially own them at all.  Straight talk also does not work in some places.  All cell phones have "dead spots", and unless you are on certain carriers that know where they cover or not--you don't know where straight talk or any other trac phone will work until you get it.  As I stated before, just keep an eye on your account because they now have your personal info to take funds when they want.
