StraightFix.com StraightFix Deceptive Business Practice Internet

I ordered a straghtening brush on 6/30/16 from this website that was posted on FB (StraightFix.com) I started contacting them when I didn't get a shipping confirmation on 7/5/16. A representative named Claire St. Nicolas emailed me back and promised that i will be getting the item by 7/11/16 via Fedex courier. I told them that i will leaving for my vacation on 7/12/16 and that I wanted to try and bring this item with me. By a message she assured me that I'll be getting the item on the promised date. To make the story short, it didnt arrive as promised and I left for my vacation. The shipping company (Fedex) shipped the item back. I have been trying to contact StraightFix via emails and FB messages to re-ship my item for 2 weeks now however they have been ignoring my messages. On my last message I sent on 8/12/16, i told them to refund my money if they don't intend to ship the item that I ordered but again they didn't reply to my message. They have also blocked me from their FB page as I was trying to reached out/ contact them on their posts. It was frustrating that they have not been responding and I dont know if they still intend to ship what i ordered. I found out that a lot of people have also been experiencing what I'm going through with this company but they are just blocking them from their FB page so we can't post anything about our concerns and inquiries. Some have posted at ripoffreport.com about their deceptive practices. Their website didn't include any other contact informations such as phone numbers, fax or address just only an email. Their deceptive business practice must be stop and they should stop screwing people by getting their hard-earned money.
