After ordering a product from Strap Jacket LLC (hereafter known as ST LLC ) in late June-2012 , I still have not received any product or refund from said company as of late Sept 2012 . I filed a complaint with Arkansas Better Business Bureau and they sent ST LLC a request for information and never received a reply from said conpany.. I sent 2 emails requesting a explanation for lack of delivery and / or a refund of money paid for product. Neither email was answered. Therefore .I recommend that people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...IT'S A FRAUD !!!!! PayPal is still accepting payment on ST LLC's behalf and is therefore ...aiding and abetting this scam. I complained to PayPal about this and received no reply/refund from them either. Strap Jacket's website is still active but no one is delivering the goods ...just taking the money !!!!!
