I senced a rep back peddling after i caught her up in a lie. I asked her are they affliated with the Federal Govt. She stated NO! i asked her " then how are you going to report this as a payment to them to credit my payment to my loan? she then stated that they would need to draft from my account every mo. and they will notify the Fed. Govt that payment s re being made... that's a bunch of BS.

Govt that payments are being made... that's a bunch of BS. They wanted 6 payments of $ 233.00 a mo. for 9 mo. followed by 36 mo. for $ 49.99. After the 36 mo. program, there comes a 37 mo. program @ $ 0.00, or you can pay $ 116.00 for a yr. Are they stupid? i am a debt negotiator for a living, i have fun with people like this because this is what i hear all day long with credit card companies, attorneys that are collecting on a debt, debt buyers and collection agencies. Listen people and listen good. DO NOT let these companies approach you without doing your homework first, DON'T PAY them anything up front, DON'T give out your banking information to no one without doing a background check on them first. All you have to do is go on BBB website and it will tell you wheither or not the bussiness is creditted with the BBB, then go on Scam Report .com before you PAY ANYTHING!!!. This rep i talked to name Toni sounded very professional and knows how to sound like she really cares about your well being , BUT THEY DON'T THEY WANT YOUR MONEY $$$$$$$ STOP BEING A FOOL FOR THESE PUNKS. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST, PAY LAST. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO, GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS, THIS WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME, HEADACHES, AND MONEY.
