I hired Deanne Pelle at Strategy Credit to assist with improving my credit report. She was very responsive before my contract was signed but was completely unresponsive after. It took multiple calls and emails from me to get any response from her, which typically was an email with no informaiton. All they accomplished after 5 months of supposed work was to get two disputed charges off my report by having me pay the amounts (which I could have done myself). They did not favorably impact any of the other items. For this I paid $5,000.  The services of Pelle and this company are a total joke. Don't use them.
