This is the tactic behind the entire scam.  She will be nice when she tries to bring you on board.  You'll get a statement for a bill--mine was $900.  You've got to be suspicious when someone wants that kind of money, upfront, and no guarantees.  The bottom line is:  she'll tell you the classic scam that all credit repair companies do, that they know a "way" to get through to the executives at the credit companies, they know how to negotiate the bad marks off, etc.  It's a total scam. When you question Deanna Pelle and ask why so much money upfront, she'll get suspicious, a bit angry, and try to get off the phone quickly.  By the way you can never reach them by phone.  She'll call you when she wants money, but you'll never get through.   Once you pay them money, kiss it goodbye, you'll never see if again.   Look up her credentials:  she went to a no-name college and basically a phone business school.  These aren't high-level finance people here--it's low level scammers.
