Yes, Strathmore's who's who is a scam. What they told me in their sales presentation was not followed, and although I got off without being scammed for more, they ripped me and so many others, off. I called to cancel and was told that I couldn't. I called within 24 hours, and according to New York law, there is a 72 hour time period that people can claim to get their money back. They do not adhere to the law. It is so sad to see Americans take advantage of the elderly and violate the law. On a good note, they will never get another dime from me, and I will put online the facts of these scammers. Yes, a book was published and for 250 dollars I can buy a book. What a joke. I am not laughing. Strathmore's is such a dishonest enterprise, and they  know it, but they  produce a book with little of what I wanted included. I did not approve the final. I was not contacted by any employee, except for when I complained. I was lied to and the book was published without my express approval.
 Strathmore's who's who is not what you want.  It is a complete fraud. I did not receive a refund, I was lied to, and the book was published without my approvel. I am embarrased that I was taken, and I have no recourse but to inform others of what this company is doing. Taking advantage of people who are elderly is not to be admired.
