Many are making many comments - but here is the thing: Strax has an on-site medical malpractice defense attorney on staff! Why would a doctors office need to employ a full-time, on-site defense attorney? What other doctors offices do you know that have full-time, malpractice defense on staff?
After being one of the apparent many having problems with Strax, we received a call from attorney Phil Feanny, FL Bar # 740**, and his caller ID said Strax Rejuvenation. We called Strax main number and asked for Mr. Feanny and asked if he worked in that office there full time. Yes, he works here! Ill put you through to his extension, was the answer.
On file with the Florida Bar, Mr. Feannys defense law practice address is the same address as Strax.
Wow.
PS: They have professionals removing negative internet comments also so we will repeatedly post this until they choose to do the right thing.

Im reading your remarks and this is nonsense.Furthermore an operation as big as Strax SHOULD employe an Atty as Florida is the Lawsuit capitol of the World.When the Secretary transferred your call it was off property and caller ID is from a Strax supplied phone.
Everyone s looking to Sue down here,well good luck as Strax Rejuvination LLC is under an LLC for a reason as most companies are for lawsuit protection,I too have a LLC and I too am a Strax Patient,not once but 4 Times.
Before any procedure you sign papers.If you read them you will see that you are waiving any rights to a Lawsuit.
If you want top notch Doctors,Strax has them on Staff from a 35 year veteran Dr Stanley Sherman who I admire and used for my eyes right down the line.Strax is a Large Employer from the Front Desk to the Pharmacy.If having an Attorney on Property bothers You in any way then you should look elsewhere but I guarantee the next Plasic Surgeon you will see has an Atty. on Speed Dial,just not on Property.The also have Maintainence Workers on Staff,why should this be any different than having an Atty on Staff?They can afford let them.I bet my house he spends less than 5 hours a week there and only looking over paperwork etc. as Strax has to answer to Fla.Dept of Health,Fla board of Medicine,etc just like a Hospital.Dont fault them for doing what I would do as well if I owned a Surgical Center especially in Money Hungry Florida.
