Streamload - Media Max Petty Theft of money on non cessation of account. San Diego California

Streamload / Mediamax have not ceased deducting money from our bank account despite repeated requests to stop.

We started using Streamload / Mediamax and upgraded our account from $4.95 (US) to $9.95 (US) per month. Streamload / Mediamax then started deducting both amounts per month instead of ceasing one and charging us with the higher amount. We became upset and requested on 3 July 2007 to cease all payments.

We have sent numerous emails to Streamload / Mediamax requesting cessation of our account. They finally acknowledged that they would close our account, but still two monthly charges have been deducted from our bank account. We have had a number of long phone calls to the custormer support of our bank and they are well aware of the problem, but still the charges keep coming. I have faxed off copies of our emails to the bank for their information and action. We have also sent emails to PayPal requesting cessation of any and all payments to Streamload/Mediamax.

Our bank had finally suggested that we close our accounts and start again. Why should we have to do this because of petty amounts of theft from Streamload / Mediamax?

We want nothing more to do with Streamload/Mediamx except to have our account closed once and for all!
