Street Low Rider ,streetlowrider.com COMPANY WONT SHIP PARTS OR REFUND MONEY! Paramount, California

My husband and I had ordered $600 worth of parts to build a cool low rider bike for our son for Christmas. Parts came a week late ( not a huge deal it still arrived before christmas. ) Box was opened and parts were counted.... PARTS WERE MISSING! We called the company ( who took over a week to get ahold of) said they shipped all the parts according to their records and nothing could be done. The main part we needed, the bike frame was out main concern. We continued to call again. We were told the part was out of stock and they will send it out when they got the part or could refund our money for the part but not the others we had missing. We chose the refund for the frame. They said it would take two weeks for a refund and here we are a month later and we cant get them to answer our calls or respond to any emails we have sent. all we want is our money !!!
