StreetBeatCustoms.com Defective parts Minneapolis Minnesota

I purchased a sliding ragtop from StreetBeatCustoms.com for a 1957 VW one month ago.  I had Rocky Motain Motorworks in CO install the ragtop.  The ragtop does not fit well and the first day following the installation, the securing latch broke and is inoperable.  I called the company four times and sent several e-mails and the only reply I have received so far is that the company called the manufacturer of the latch, and they are "working on a solution. When they come up with a solution, they will call me".  I asked approximately how long should I expect to wait and I received no response other than what they stated previously.  After reading numerous reveiws about StreetBeatCustoms.com, I found out that the defective latch issue goes all the way back to 2006.  So now, I have a hole in the roof of my car, with a ragtop that fits poorly and the latch is broken only after one day of use.
