I have been well and truely ripped off by this company.
I purchased a glass conservatory with full installation from Streetly Windows.
They miss sold me then produced a very shoddy conservatory that is unsafe, leaks and has not been built properly.
They do not reply to phone calls, emails or letters.
They claim to have been trading for 30 years but in fact the company was only registered a couple of years ago.
The conservatory was not as described nor what I paid over 8000 for.
Now I have damp patches in it.
Two double glazed units have failed
The door sticks and sometimes will not lock
The glass is not the toughen safety glass legally requied to be used so is unsafe for my children.
They refuse to honour the guarentee - they wont even respond.
I have gone to trading standards and now my eyes have been opened about this rip-off, scam of a company called Streetly Windows.
They even fake a FENSA registration by displaying the FENSA logo but when I checked with FENSA they are not registered at all.
