Hi.. i wish to warn off any perspective buyers that may tend to purchase stretch mark or scar creams online. you may be tempted by the website of 'skin derma pro' but I assure you from experience that the product does not work regardless of the testemonies on the site.
I ordered a suitable testing sample.. they did not send me my order and i had to constantly e-mail them regarding the issue. after 3 months they eventually sent me the product that i paid for. then they charged me twice for the product... after months of e-mailing them about the dublicate charge they have not yet refunded me the double payment.
So summed up it took them 3 months to send the product initially and the charged me twice for it...
DO NOT TRUST Plimus e-commerce payment methods as they are ultimately responsible for the theft and have ignored my complaints.
DO NOT TRUST Daniel Sanderson's pledge of money back assurance as he has refused to refund me the stolen money of 84 (it is not a large sum but it was stolen nonetheless)
DO NOT TRUST skin derma pro's website that promises customer satisfaction (do i sound satisfied)#

Are You also retracting Your statement that the product doesn't work, or just apologizing because You got Your money back. You mentioned a complimentary bottle of (according to Your earlier statement) equally useless product. Please clarify.

Hi... the status update regarding the stretch mark cream problem has been completely resolved to my satisfaction. It turned out to be a simple miscommunication problem that was resolved once Daniel Sanderson fully understood the issue. Plimus e-commerce has fully refunded the duplicate charge and Daniel Sanderson has sent a complimentary bottle of his product to make up for the delay.
Therefore summed up... the company was not at fault... the postal service was and a miscommunication occured....
I hope any reader will not hold the previous report against the company as it has been rectified to my full satisfaction.
