On Jan 24 2017(while shopping on QVC site) I was offered two free watches from Muscular Finesse and pay only S/H of $5.99. I did use my visa card (already logged in QVC) to accept offer and received watches.  In Feb 2017 I was charged $98 on my checking account from a company named Strictly Healthy.  At this time, I discussed the situation with my bank (Chase) - my complaint was submitted and I was granted temporary $98 credit during their investigation.

On April 4 2017 the $98 charge and two (2) $34 fees were charged to my account.  Chase stated that their investigation revealed that Strictly Healthy had evidence that the charge of $98 to my account was correct.  I have NOT knowingly submitted any funds to a complany named Strictly Healthy nor STRICTLYHEALTHYDANAHEALTHVEN.....nor have I received any goods in exchange for $98. 

This company got away with charging my checking account for $98 and I got to be another victiom statistic of the consumer- fraud world.  I hope this company gets caught and is held responsible for their despicable actions.  Thank you very much for your assistance and caring for the victims.
