Strips2Cash123, Owner is Jackie jacinta strips2cash123 quoted me $20 per box of One touch verio test strips for Diabetics. I've switch to a different brand and trusted this organization. Product was shipped and confirmed by the business owner. During the course of 1 month communicating with Jackie, she has come up with 4 different execuses. I have screenshots of all conversation via text and email. No payment has been sent. East stroudsburg Pennsylvania

Strips2cash has taken Diabetic Test Strips and not returning payment. Jackie the Owner of strips2cash123 sets up the quote and pricing. Jackies advertisement says up to $60 per box of 100ct Verio test strips. I sent 7 new boxes of 100ct verio test stips, I Spent extra money of packaging including extra bublble wrap. All boxes were in excellent condition. Called Jaccke to confirm. Jackie stated she has received all 7 boxes, advised 3 were damaged. Jackie explained how she was sending $80 dollars to me. 2 Weeks past with no payment received. Called Jackie and she advised how she sent money order and will provide a screenshot of the payment. To this day, jackie has never sent screen shot of the payment. Advised how 4 other customers didnt receive their money orders either. Jackie advised she will cancel money orders and re-send payments. Jackie has provided 4 different excuses on why the payment has not been received. I knew at this point, she was not sending payment. I advised Jackie it's not so much about the money but the principle. You are a business owner with bad business practices. Advised jackie i will post blogs everywhere to make sure she does not take advantage of anymore diabetics.

This organization is dishonest and corrupt. Throughout all of the communication between strips2cash123 and myself, a continuous promise to pay was stated. Their rebuttal to my complaint is nothing more than a cover up. Honesty is not a quality this company represents. On their website, they state "We love our customers". If this is the case, then return the shipment or pay for the product received. Avoiding my calls for resolution is bad business. Misleading those you take advantage of with fake names does not solve the problem. Honoring you commitment for buy back or returning the product solves this issue. Still awaiting payment.

I have fully looked into this whole situation and there are a couple of issues. The first issue is that the payment that was sent to you for $80 in the form of a money order was sent back Return to Sender(hand written) across the entire envelope and will be kept on file in case of legal actions. Technically the payment never should have went out because of form that was also sent with the invoice quote was not sent along with your test strips. The shipping department /customer service have been sent a meno reminding them of ALL payment procedures. None of the customer service representatives/ managers/shipping nor legal are owners of this company. We are Incorporated and have a few investors and none of which is Jackie so that also we put in this file. When you spoke to Sharon regarding this she specifically indicated that she was a manager. We do not give customers the list of our Incorporated investors due to privacy and any legalities. You will be receiving a letter in the mail along with the form that should have been sent along with the test strips. Please send that back so that the funds aspect of this complaint can be handled.
