Strong Business Credit also know as Initial Underwriting group is company I had been working with since December 2008 to build our credit. They have charged me over $2K to help me with our paydex score. In the last six months other than a credit of about $6K, nothing nhas changed on my paydex score. Their main contact Felipe Catano is a great guy but the rest of the team is oblivliuos to fact that we are their customers.
They have made promise after promise to help but based on my discussions with thier underwriting team and with D & B associates, it seems like they are clueless about how to build credit. they have what is called a Conierge service which is whwere they call the client's vendors to add them to the clients list of creditors. The problem is that D & B is telling me that it is a scam and there is no way somebody can call a clients venors other than D & B. I can understand If i do not have a 800 rating but I HAVE A 700 RATING and a 80 PAYDEX score but I expect them to follow fair practices and not lead me on with lies.
I have requested for a full refund but I have not received a positive response yet. I have even not receiebd a call back. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and am planning on contacting the AG's office to make sure that these guys do not take advanatge of small businesses such as mine.
I will update this report as we go along but at this pioint they are a scam. Please be cautious dealing with them.

This company is SCUM! I am reposting my information to help you in your situation: Follow these directions and you will be succesful in getting a refund with your credit card company Let me give you some helpful information and all those other Victims reading this post.
Contact the Attorney General using the link below http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL
You will be assigned a case number and an investigator will contact you directly. They are well aware of this companies FRAUDELENT activities and have a very extensive investigation ongoing. The Attorney general is guiding all of the victims with Legal representation for a Class Action Lawsuit.
Also they are in contact with several prominent media outlets to educate/warn the public. IUG is on borrowed time per the investigator. In the mean time, contact your credit card company to dispute the charges from IUG. Let them know of the investigation by the Attorney General and the media outlets involved.
All previous guide lines in a dispute are null and void. The credit card company will represent you and wants no part of the NEGATIVE attention from the Attorney General or the Media
