STS Tire and Auto Centers Somerset Tire Uneeded,Over priced Parts being Sold, Allentown, Pennsylvania

 I Brought my car in for an inspection to the STS store in june 2012..in april 2011 the car had 163,000 Miles..in Nov 2012 the car had 173,382 Miles, in 18 Months the car had been driven apprx 10,000 miles so from June 2011- June 2012 The times of Inspection it had less then 10,000 Miles Yet when I brought it in in june 2012 I was hit with a Repair bill to pass inspection of Over $800..it seems strange how the car would pass inspection one year, and a Year Later after only having been Driven less then 10,000 Miles incur such wear and tear  to Warrant Replacement of Brakes, Discs. Etc....to come to $800 in Repairs and parts costs , I have been unemployed since july 2011 so the Miles on My car were less then the Average 10,000 per year I normally put on, as I stated it took 18 months to accumulate 10,000 Miles, how did so Much Wear out in that Span of Miles?
