 I have waited over a month to write this report and take time to look into everything. Having said that if you have any questions or your a former employee of these people please feel free to contact me as I have conduits that might be helpful to you in getting lost wages or the proper way to report them to the authorities. I worked for Christian for almost 6 months and we lost everything. They WILL NOT pay you. They are complete scam artists. He wants you to run illegally. All the time. I have visible proof that he tried to force me to buy paper logs to cross a scale on i80 in utah. And when I said no he threatened to kick me out of my truck and report it stolen. Again I have the text messages from him and his wife to Prove this. When I started there I had my own truck. It needed about 2000.00 in repairs and he sucked me into leasing one of his beat up junk trucks and signed a contract with me saying he was going to take over the payments on the Volvo until the truck was paid in full. When I quite he refused to return the truck and said he had 7000.00 in repairs he had to get back first. That was a complete lie. He kept my truck killed it and abandoned it in Wyoming. He will pay you a percentage on the loads but will refuse to show you the rate conformation sheets on the load before you pick it up. If he did this to you please contact me. That is a federal felony. Per fmcsa rules. I can give you a number to call that will get you every penny he stole off your rate. I can go on and on about this. He is completely illegal. Stubaus transport is registered out of Florida even tho he runs it out of Illinois. And had not changed his venue in over a year. That's illegal. He has a history of theft a mile long. Just Google his name. I'm not here to beat them up, just to make the rest of the drivers out there aware of these two companies. I had my family on the truck for months because we lost our house. I have a 4 year old son who is on a feeding machine and only weights 16 pounds and Christian Stubaus knew this full well when he hired me and didn't care one bit.
