Was contacted by StuDebt and told I could lower my monthly student loan payments and have the remainder of my loans paid off after so many payments.  Was charged three monthly charges of $159.  Was never contacted again and recieved an email from MyFedLoan one day telling me my payement was due the next day (after already paying my monthly payment for that month).  Called StuDebt and recieved no call back.

Recieved a email last week telling me my payment of 39 would be removed from my account within 24 hours.  Have e-mailed and called back every day since then and recieved no return call.  Payment was taken from my account without my approval.
