I first contacted this company almost a year ago. The first person I spoke to promised me that this would be fixed and then demanded $800 bucks from me to do so. After payment, my case is still not settled, and I've spoken to 5 different people within that company who still give me no answers. I even had to re-send all of the documentation they needed from the initial call twice!!!
I send multiple emails to whoever is handling my "case" with absolutely no response.
I then get a call - finally from the VP stating he promises to take care of me and help with my case. I've sent him 3 emails so far - still no response.
I basically just gave them $800 and I want my money back! I will have these calls pulled and so can any consumer - get your money back and do not call this company! You will regret your decision.
i have never worked with such embarassing people in my life and I have made a huge mistake trusting these people.
