Student Loan Exchange stated they could help me consoldiate my student loans to one servicer. Right now I have Nelnet and Fedloan Service. I asked them if they could do this by September first and they said they could.

The contract states if I feel I did not get any resolution from them I would get a 100% refund. They did not do what they said they would do. 

I want my money back. They charged me $915.99 and two months of payments of $39 each. They did not consolidate my loans and I had to put Nelnet in forbarence again until it is consoldiated with Fedloan.

This is a ripoff !!!

student loan exchange I got a call from student loan exchange that they will work with my federal direct loan to reduce my student loan from 22000 to 6000 in 10 years after I make 3 paments of 169$andh then 39$ monthly for 10 years so I have been with them since may 2017 making alll my payment on time but when I called my federal loan and then reviewed th is company online theys aid that they are scam and rip offso I call them to tell them I want to stop the payment and get all my money back they hung up the phone on me and said that I can't get any money back because they worked for me to consolidate the loan which my loan was already consolidated since 2012 so I don't see that they did anyrhing for me. Can you please help me with that or at least give me advice what to do, Thanks California

Student loan Exchange They promised a program that the goverment was offering and all I had to do is make 4 payments and this woild decrease my loan signinently or total forgivness. and i got a call from them on Friday and I told them i didn't have the money and they withdrew my accouont for 179 dollars anyway when I tolld them I didn't have them money at the time.
