Student Painters Don't even think that these people will do all they can to make things right.  They never had a trained crew, the most we ever had working on this project was 2 people and not all at once. Sometimes they never showed up or they would paint like a third grader. Seattle Washington

My husband and I were wanting to get our old 1970 home painted.  We bought a fixer upper to save money, ha that was and is a nightmare starting with the Student Painters. Our home was horrible, it  had extrem chipping/peeling and it tested positive for lead base paint.

We called the Student painters after a few reviews and a recomendation that they were good.  Turns out they are truly untrained and unwilling to make things they screw up right with out pitching an attiude.

It all started back in 2011, one of there people came out to give us an estatment which was 10,000.00 he said it was because it was lead based and they would have to do "lead safe work proctices" and we wanted to get the best paint possible for the the life of our home.  He said he had a crew of 4 people, not true more like 1 or possible 2 at any given time and they sometimes didn't even show up.

They painted like preschoolers.  After the half heartly job was so called done, the paint started peeling. they painted over door bells, window frames, broke a window, failed to scrap paint so the new paint would stick, failed to paint the agreed upon areas.  I spend most of my time babysitting his crew only to find out they were not painters they were his roommates.  We were told they would have experienced painters trained and knew what they were doing. 

We had to call them back 3 different times to do touch up, scrap away peeling paint etc. I could write forever on this subject of all the wrongs me and my husband are still doing to fix what they screwed up this is now 2014 and once again this summer will be scraping, and painting as the paint is still peeling off our home.

I called there office wanting to speak with the owners, but I was always directed back to one of the regional managers and was never allowed to speak with the owners.  They told us our warrenty is up and they are no longer responsible for the job. 

Do not do what we did and get the student painters to paint your home or even your chicken coop. They are very expensive, untrained and unprofessional right down to the owners.
