On or about July 27, 2017 I saw a cat tower advertised on Facebook. I placed an order, charging my credit card. I received a confirmation of TFS79792 with delivery in 2 - 4 weeks. We never received the item. I emailed the firm questioning the purchase and delivery date and never received a response.

After further checking found that the firm was a ripoff.
