Studioworks Michele Sauers Services not rendered, refund refused, unprofessional conduct, horrid experience Forest Hill, Maryland

Michele Sauers of Studioworks was contracted to provide advertising for my company at 3 local businesses. She ended up providing advertising at only one location after 2 weeks of delays. and finally 7 weeks after payment was made, and still no advertising produced at the other 2 locations, I contacted her for a 2/3 refund. She refused at first, then reluctantly agreed, then stated that our "business relationship" was over and that no further communications would be accepted. She agreed to mail a check via certified mail today 10/6/2012, and provide me with a tracking number. She has failed to provide the tracking number and she has failed to return any of my many attempts at communicating with her. Very unprofessional, no ethical code of conduct, and a completely unreasonable person to do business with. Buyer beware.
